Hi!

Long time no see!

So, lately I havn't really been up to much, I've just been going to school and doing all the stuff I usually do.. But since it's been so long, I figured I'd post some updates :D

I'm kind of on a reading "break", where I just can't seem to find any interesting books to read (they all have the same plot!) but, I got The Hunger Games triology as a present, so hopefully, I'll begin reading Catching Fire soon.. (Read the first book some time ago)


When it comes to music, I absolutely LOVE the cover Sam Tsui, Max Schneider and Kurt Schneider did of "Demons" by Imagine Dragons, so in case you haven't heard it, here's a link:

Concerts

So last week I was at two concerts!!
It was really fun, and I enjoyed listening to their music :D

Anyways, I thought I'd share it with you guys! (hahahah, if anyone actyally sees this :P)

Yes, that is an actual gigantic sculpture which was IN THE FUCKIN' BUILDING!!!
Avatar (melodic deathmetal?? Quite liked them though) and Five Finger Death Punch warmed up for them.

SmooTea

Yes, it's called SmooTea,not smoothie, and I feel really ridiculous every time I say it, because people just think I can't pronounce the word.. (Embarrassing)

But I think it's really delicious, so I have to order it every time I come across a Baresso coffee shop (okay, not every time, but you get the idea).

















Anyways, I got it after visiting "Den Kongelige Afstøbningssamling" (a museum with sculptures made of cast)( - photos etc. tomorrow), with my art class, and we had to draw two sculptures each (oh god!)

But after we were through with that, we went home, and on my way I got thiz!!

Okay, so at the moment, I'm in a phase where I prefer listening to quiet music (normally I mainly listen to rock), and some of my absolute favorites are James Blake and Sigur Rós.

But I resently stumbled upon another band I really like, in the "chill" genre, called Haim (not as slow as James Blake and Sigur Rós, but still slower than what I normally listen to.)

I felt like doing something creative with my earrings, so I put some of them on a tree I made ^_^

My moms birthday

Yeah, so as the title pretty much says, it was my moms birthday yesterday (she turned 47 o.O) Her boyfriend and best friend came over to celibrate her, and we ate this awesome cake (I  made it, so I have to say it was good.. In reality the whipped cream was a little too whipped) But anyways, it looked like thiz:

So, for her birthday, I got her a Elisabeth Arden eight hour body cream (mega version), which I was later on told has the "magic ability" to cure wound really fast, and reduce scar tissue (I don't know if it's true or not, but I'm putting it to a test):

I also got her a tiny flashlight : (so cute ^_^)

Some chai tea, and a pair of blue freshwater pearl earrings for her, as well as a pair of socks for horseback riding.

Besides from that, I decided to make her something creative (you know mothers), so I decided to write her a poem, and write down in a fancy way. Thing was, once I started writing, I realised that there was nowher near room enough for an entire poem, so I just wrote one sentence (in a fancy way, that is):

 (It's in danish, and means: Like an angel sent from heaven, and was line 3 in I-can-never-remember-if-it's-called (section?) 2)

Anyways, she was pleased with the presents, so I'm quite happy now <3

Moroccan tea
